I have been noodling this idea for AGES and I’m so excited it has finally manifested!
This is the first in a summer series of sessions called “Summer camp crafts for grownups.” Join me in Manotick on June 23 and learn how to make these cute drawstring “magic charm” pouches from vintage and recycled fabric. Don’t know how to sew? No problem! I can teach you the very basic stitches you’ll need to start your slow sewing adventure.

What’s a magic charm pouch? A wee bag for you to keep tiny treasures, spell components, secret wishes and intentions. Once you’ve made one, you’ll want to make more – great gift idea!
Everything is included!

I’m planning a whole series of these! If all goes according to plan, watch this space for upcoming sessions on branch weaving, making felted acorn ornaments, and more!
